  • As the manager of the behavioral department, I have dedicated my career to advancing the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) through academic and practical contributions. With a strong foundation in research, I have authored several publications within the ABA domain, contributing to the growing body of knowledge in this critical area. In addition to my research and books, I am deeply committed to enhancing community awareness of ABA, actively working to promote understanding and acceptance of evidence-based behavioral interventions. Recognizing the importance of effective crisis response, I developed a comprehensive Behavioral Crisis Management training program, equipping professionals with the skills to manage challenging behaviors with confidence and compassion.
