Personal Statement:

  • I am a passionate leader committed to fostering inclusive environments where individuals with disabilities and their families can access the high-quality, comprehensive services they need and deserve. My dedication to this mission stems from years of working in healthcare settings where I’ve witnessed both the strengths and the shortcomings of our systems in serving vulnerable populations. As a clinical director and a doctor in Healthcare Administration, I strive to bridge clinical insight with strategic leadership to design more accessible, compassionate, and coordinated care models. I believe that healthcare must not only be clinically effective but also equitable and responsive to the needs of all individuals – particularly for individuals with disabilities.
