  • Executive Director, Ajyal Center for Comprehensive Education and Life Skills (ACCEL International)
  • With over 25 years of experience in education, Dr. Phillip Tanner leads the Ajyal Center for Comprehensive Education and Life Skills (ACCEL International) as Executive Director. Since its inception in September 2019, Dr. Tanner has overseen the development and growth of the center in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous professional development.
  • Under his leadership, the center has successfully navigated the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, continuing to provide high-quality educational, therapeutic, and vocational services to students and adults. Dr. Tanner’s expertise spans multiple roles, including Assistant Clinical Professor at Northern Arizona University, Special Education Director, School Psychologist, and School Counselor.
  • Dr. Tanner is committed to supporting students and communities through holistic and multidisciplinary approaches. He is proud of the partnership with Aramco and the center’s mission to bring exceptional services to the community. As the center continues to evolve, Dr. Tanner looks forward to expanding its programs and impact throughout the Kingdom.
