Personal Statement:
- I believe the best quality systems are the ones people actually want to use because they make their work better, not harder. Over nearly two decades in this field, I’ve learned that real improvement comes from understanding what’s happening on the ground in classrooms, therapy sessions, and family meetings, and then building systems that support those moments. I’m passionate about creating organizations where quality isn’t something we audit once a year, but something we live every day. Working internationally has shown me that great care and education transcend borders, but they require intentional systems that fit how the organization actually operates.
