  • I provide specialized leadership in special education with an emphasis on early childhood development and inclusive learning. My expertise includes designing and implementing individualized instruction, developing and monitoring Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), leading data collection and analysis to optimize individualized education plans, coaching and mentoring teachers, and facilitating multidisciplinary collaboration to ensure comprehensive support for students with cognitive, behavioral, and physical challenges.

Years of Experience:

  • 7+ years in special education and early childhood education, progressing from assistant teacher to Teacher Lead.

  • Designed and implemented Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that improved student achievement, instructional quality, and data-driven progress monitoring.
  • Led teacher training and professional development to strengthen inclusive practices, classroom management, and differentiated instruction.

Current Role/Responsibilities:

  • As Teacher Lead at ACCEL International School, I guide and support special education teachers and teams through coaching, curriculum adaptation, and IEP implementation. I also support teachers in creating effective learning and instructional environments that are tailored to meet students’ needs.
